Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Barton Creek Square in Austin, TX. You will deliver a best-in-class customer experience, leveraging technology to connect online and retail shopping.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager and a team of associates to meet KPI targets, manage product knowledge, and drive stores events and promotions while maintaining merchandising standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products and customer needs.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners inside and outside the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate associates and exceed goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards and address issues promptly.
• Unpack boxes and assist with inventory as required.
