Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Christiana Mall in Newark, DE. You will drive a best-in-class customer experience, guide the team, and contribute to store performance through knowledge of fabrics, fit, and function.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to train associates, support events and promotions, and ensure merchandising standards while maintaining a high-energy environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products and customer engagement.
• Ability to work with a large team and deliver high energy service.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and engagement in-store.
• Train and give feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet/exceed team goals and KPIs.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support store events, promotions, and community projects.
