Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers and explain product features.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop.
• Participate in feedback to continuously improve the business.
• Meet/exceed store performance objectives in productivity and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
