Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead at Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip, WA. You will lead the sales floor, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to hit KPIs.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, training on our Customer Experience Playbook, and driving engagement through events and promotions while maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy. Must be energetic, customer-focused, and able to multi-task.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
