Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our store at Brea Mall in Brea, CA. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations and collaborating with the Store Manager and team.

Responsibilities include engaging customers with product knowledge, driving in-store and event-based engagement, and training staff on performance standards. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, running, etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
