Job summary

Jockey at Ellenton, FL is seeking a Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our store team. You will help drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store operations including opening and closing the store.

This part-time role requires a friendly, energetic leader who can coach teammates, manage daily tasks, and promote the Jockey Rewards program while ensuring cash handling and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Three years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey's service principles and sales focus.
• Assist with opening and closing of the store.
• Provide feedback, coaching and direction to the store team.
• Engage guests to identify needs using product knowledge to offer solutions.
• Promote company programs and Jockey Rewards membership.
• Assist with merchandising, stock and visuals in adherence to standards.
• Protect cash, inventory and other assets; maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
