Job summary

Vince is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Sales Associate in Chicago to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships in our retail stores. You will engage customers, identify needs, and guide them to suitable products while maintaining store visuals and housekeeping standards. Proficient use of our POS system and email will support follow-up and clienteling.

We value reliability, high energy, and effective communication. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with the store manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales.
• Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and written communication to develop client relationships.
