Job summary

Go! Retail Group in Texas is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for a part-time role in our retail stores. You will greet customers, facilitate purchases, explain current promotions, and operate the POS system to complete transactions.

This position offers up to 20 hours per week, with weekends and evenings as needed. No heavy experience is required, but a customer-focused mindset and basic math skills help you deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required, but at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative team member
• Able to perform basic math and operate a POS system

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer as they enter the store
• Execute sales steps and promote current offers
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently
• Provide comprehensive service using store calendars, email campaigns, and in-store special orders
