Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Fort Wayne is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for part-time hours (approx. 18 hours per week). You will greet customers and donors, operate the register, and help keep the store organized and welcoming for shoppers and donors.

Salary is $13.50 per hour with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Training provided, with ongoing coaching from store leadership and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and donors with friendly, helpful service.
• Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately.
• Open, close, and balance the register as assigned.
• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and easy to shop.
• Help sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor.
