Lakeshore is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member in Los Angeles to provide an unforgettable customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and support operations from checkout to stock management.

This role emphasizes building loyalty through friendly service, keeping the floor tidy, merchandising displays, and processing transactions accurately while meeting store sales targets.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with cash register or POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Maintain product knowledge to help customers effectively.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
• Experience with customer outreach and building brand loyalty is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentable sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
• Replenish stock and manage inventory on the sales floor.
• Support meeting store and team sales targets while increasing customer loyalty.
• Assist with merchandising and store displays.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in training programs and staff meetings.
• Assist in peer training and on-boarding of new team members.
• Seek feedback and pursue personal development.
• Physical requirements include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing up to 8 hours.
