Job summary

Lakeshore is seeking a part-time team member to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, assist on the sales floor, and help maintain a clean, well-organized store.

This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and involves merchandising support and transaction handling. You’ll engage customers to build loyalty, participate in trainings, and contribute to meeting store sales targets while upholding

Qualifications

• Able to work part-time with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of cash register/POS systems is a plus.
• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
• Experience with customer outreach and driving loyalty through brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation of sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
• Replenish stock and manage inventory on the sales floor.
• Support meeting store and team sales targets while increasing customer loyalty.
• Assist with merchandising and store displays.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in training and staff meetings.
