Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Ability to work part-time, flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of cash register/POS systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed
• Preferred experience with customer outreach and driving loyalty through brand awareness initiatives
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and manage inventory on the sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participate in training programs and staff meetings
