Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate with daytime availability for our stores in the United States. You will be the heartbeat of the store, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to teachers, parents and children in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously, with knowledge of products.
Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
Support customer outreach and drive loyalty through brand awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

Maintain overall store cleanliness, ensuring all areas, including the salesfloor, stockroom and common areas are tidy and presentable.
Replenish stock and manage inventory on the sales floor.
Support the meeting of store and team sales targets while also increasing customer loyalty.
Assist with merchandising and store displays.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
