FirstCash in the United States is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations. The role offers hourly wage between $11.00 and $14.00 plus an achievable commission on transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Cash handling experience preferred.

• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Maintains clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handles cash and negotiables per procedures.
• Answers calls and assists customers with inquiries.
• Communicates clearly about pawn and buy transactions and regulations.
• Works with staff to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Completes required training and related duties as assigned.
