Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacist at Store 1041 in Two Rivers to deliver pharmaceutical care, review prescriptions, and counsel patients and caregivers.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am–8pm; Saturday–Sunday 8am–4pm. Pay range posted: $54.90–$82.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required
• Credentialing and privileging required

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and evaluates literature for therapy regimens
• Counsels patients and caregivers on medication therapy and safety
• Reviews and interprets medication orders and prescriptions
• Supports medication safety and quality improvement activities
• Precepts pharmacy students and residents
