Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage store operations.
• Strong workload planning and inventory control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policies, standards, and customer service expectations are met.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and replenishment to sales floor.
• Plan workload, align staffing with business needs, and prioritize tasks.
• Manage in-stock optimization routines to drive availability and readiness.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backrooms and sales floors, with proper branding and pricing.
• Handle price changes and ensure pricing integrity across systems.
• Oversee ship-from-store, RTVs, ASN receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Support shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
