Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Strong attention to detail in merchandising and pricing integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and company programs.
• Lead truck processing, stock replenishment, and in-stock checks.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotional execution, and sign compliance.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
