The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Store in Jacksonville, FL. This role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to maintain a customer-ready store environment.

Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience is required, with strong workload planning and inventory management skills to ensure in-stock levels and sales readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and policy adherence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage merchandising and store operations per SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and store readiness.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain leadership on the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage in-store inventory, replenishment accuracy, and in-stock levels.
• Execute Ship-from-Store, RTVs, and ASN processes with accuracy.
• Maintain pricing integrity and proper execution of ad sets and signage.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
• Support Asset Protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
