Job summary

The Michaels Companies is looking for a part-time Merchandise Manager in Morrisville, NC. You will support the Store Manager in leading merchandising execution, SOP adherence, and daily operations to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include truck processing, stock replenishment, planogram compliance, pricing accuracy, and inventory integrity. You will train and coach staff, manage shifts, and help drive a high standard of visual presentation and promotional compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck processing, replenishment, and stock movement to sales floor.
• Execute planograms and visual merchandising standards on schedule.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotional execution, and pricing integrity.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving with inventory accuracy.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
