The Michaels Companies Columbus, OH store is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning, in-stock optimization, and close partnership with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to lead SOP adherence and store programs
• Strong workload planning and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs
• Ensure execution of policies and standards and hold team accountable
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Lead truck execution and ensure timely merch flow to sales floor
• Own workload planning and align staffing with business needs
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for stock readiness
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock movement
• Process price changes and Ship from Store fulfillment
• Handle RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation
• Manage damages procedures and shrink reduction
• Train and develop team members through onboarding
