Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in retail stores across the United States. You will restock Hallmark products, manage inventory, set up displays, and collaborate with store teams while representing the brand in a courteous, professional manner.

The role involves 5–10 hours weekly, occasional weekend/holiday coverage, and seasonal resets. Training is provided, and employees receive annual pay increases and voluntary medical, dental and vision

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device for reading documents and information.
• Must have reliable Wi-Fi access.
• Must have consistent transportation to travel to scheduled stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in-store and in the department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: additional days/extended hours around major holidays and potential holiday work (including weekends).
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and relocating card sections; two weeks notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with the field network of merchandisers to support colleagues as needed.
