Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement and inventory in assigned retail stores. You will engage with store teams to optimize displays, restock shelves, and support seasonal changes while maintaining strong retailer relationships.

The role requires reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and weekend availability around holidays. Training is provided, and benefits are offered for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device and access Wi‑Fi.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within assigned stores using a handheld device and communicate with supervisor.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installing fixtures, relocating departments, and resetting card sections.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with field merchandisers to support other team members in their territories.
