American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations on designated routes, including Celina, TX. The role involves merchandising, inventory maintenance, and product displays across greeting cards and related items, with daytime hours and routes that may expand during holidays.

Starting pay is $12.20 per hour with scheduled increases to $12.90 after 6 months and $13.50 after 1 year. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Availability for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide assistance with store resets, fixtures, or product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores using a company tablet.
• Operate independently or as part of a team.
