Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Baltimore, MD to collaborate with local store teams, restock Hallmark products, and manage inventory with a focus on display excellence. You’ll visit multiple retail locations, engage with store staff, and support seasonal resets and installations.

The role offers paid training, a starting hourly rate of $15.50–$17.50, and voluntary benefits. Availability for weekends/holidays is required with an average 6–12 hours per week.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: install fixtures, relocate card sections, and remodel assignments with two weeks' notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support other team members in their territories.
