Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in retail stores across the Baltimore area. You will independently manage product placement, inventory levels, and customer-facing displays while supporting seasonal changes and store-wide resets.

This role requires strong time management, organization, and ability to work with store teams. The position offers training, voluntary benefits, and opportunities for annual pay increases.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• English literacy required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Wi‑Fi access and internet required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with store teams and other merchandisers in the territory.
