Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Andalusia, AL. You will display products, organize backrooms, and maintain inventory while coordinating with store teams during daytime hours.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Position may involve weekend work and extended hours around major holidays, with pay starting at $11.70/hour and increases to $12.40 and $13.00 over the first year.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• English language proficiency required (speak, read, write).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Reliable internet for critical updates.
• Ability to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Occasional weekends and holiday scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route and merchandise product displays.
• Maintain organized backroom and inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or scheduling questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using company tablet.
