Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking Merchandisers to service retail routes in Alabama, including greeting cards and seasonal products. You will display merchandise, maintain inventory, and coordinate with store teams during daytime hours on a ready-to-serve route.

The role emphasizes independence on the road, strong organization, and effective communication. Training is provided and a tablet will be used to manage schedules and store resets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management about service and schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with time management skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, and product assembly as requested.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
