Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and records processes related to store activities.
• Maintain storefront fixtures and displays; ensure promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record-keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
