Job summary

Oakley Philadelphia is seeking a Part-Time Specialized Advisor to support the management team on the floor, motivate staff to exceed sales targets, and deliver an uncompromised customer experience.

You will act as a brand ambassador, build strong connections with customers, assist with inventory, merchandising, and floor movements, and lead opening/closing procedures when management is not present. Must be flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Strong sales history with top results in individual performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with computers and cash registers.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand ambassador with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Builds connections with customers to ensure positive interactions.
• Supports customer service initiatives across the store.
• Assists with processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Maintains floor merchandising, cleanliness, and warehouse organization.
• Oversees store opening and closing when management is absent.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
