Job summary

Norman Love Confections is seeking aPart-Time Retail Key Holder/Supervisor for our Delray Beach location. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports all retail operations, service standards, and sales goals on shift.

You will lead as on-site supervisor, drive customer satisfaction, manage daily duties, and mentor staff while ensuring smooth store performance and a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• The ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
• The ability to stand for up to eight hours per day.
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• The ability to bend, lift, push, pull and climb.

Responsibilities

• Role manages all aspects of a retail salon in the absence of Store Manager.
• Lead customer service and ensure a top-tier experience.
• Help drive sales and manage daily goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Retail Associates.
