City and Stars in Oklahoma City is seeking a dynamic Keyholder to help manage store operations and engage customers. You will open/close, support inventory, train sales staff, and help plan events that boost traffic and sales.

A creative, organized, goal-driven team player who isn’t afraid to try new ideas will excel. Ideal candidate has retail experience, knowledge of POS systems, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Stay up-to-date with current inventory and product knowledge, as well as trends in the industry.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited/no mistakes.
• Attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, able to problem-solve independently and prioritize tasks.
• Flexible schedule - available in-store 10-25 hours per week, including holidays and weekends.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor and lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store, before and after daily operations, ensuring the store is presentable and creates a positive environment for customers
• Manage incoming inventory for e-commerce and in-store
• Analyze inventory and find creative ways to generate traffic and drive sales
• Set goals with the team and create plans to meet deadlines
• Assist with coordinating and hosting events, both in-store and in the community
• Assist in training sales associates on store operations, policies, and procedures
• Assume sales associate and manager duties, as needed
