PHOENIX Retail, LLC seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for Northeast Mall to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will balance tills, assist customers, and help with product launches and store upkeep.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to policies, with opportunities to drive loyalty program participation and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of retail experience; minimum 6 months preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and register systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures; balance registers and prepare deposits.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately; assist customers at checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Follow company policies to ensure associate and customer safety.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP and store updates.
• Deliver on the customer experience model and resolve issues with guidance.
