Job summary

PHOENIXRetail, LLC, operating Express in the United States, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for our Clackamas Town Center store. You will help deliver an exceptional in-store experience, handle opening/closing tasks, and support daily sales operations.

You will balance registers, assist customers, promote credit and loyalty benefits, keep the floor tidy, and follow company policies to ensure safety and a great shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience
• Proficient with iPad and registers
• Flexible availability incl. nights and weekends
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Balancing registers and activating security system
• Checkout overrides as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom
• Follow store policies to ensure safety
• Assist with product launches per SOP
• Deliver the customer experience model across interactions
• Process transactions quickly and accurately
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Other duties as directed by management
