PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for the Coral Ridge Express store in Coralville, IA. You will assist customers, operate registers, and help maintain a welcoming sales floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, processing transactions, supporting product launches, driving loyalty programs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Availability includes nights and weekends; prior retail experience preferred and strong communication with team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years in a related role (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers and activating the security system.
• Performs overrides at checkout as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Follows company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assists with product launches according to SOP.
• Delivers on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolves customer service issues or elevates to Store Management as needed.
• Drives credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
