Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for Branson Outlets. You will perform opening/closing tasks, balance registers, and assist customers to deliver a top-notch shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years retail exposure, and comfort with iPad and POS systems. Experience in customer service and teamwork is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.

Responsibilities

• Balances registers, prepares deposits, and activates the security system during opening/closing.
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately to minimize wait times.
• Delivers a friendly, in-store shopping experience and assists customers.
• Explains loyalty programs and helps customers enroll.
• Keeps sales floor clean and organized, including fitting rooms and stockroom.
