Job summary

Dollar Tree in East Greenville, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, merchandising, and customer support. You will stay friendly and efficient at the register while ensuring a clean, inviting shopping area.

You will be cross-trained to cover cash register and front-end duties as needed, handle merchandise, and maintain a safe environment. A high school diploma is preferred and physical tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support.
• Cross-trained to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist with bathrooms and floors.
• Manage sales transactions and maintain cash security.
