Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate II in Souderton, PA. You will help run daily store operations, assist customers, stock merchandise, and support front-end duties as needed.

You will be cross-trained to operate the cash register and maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent moving and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support.
• Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandising, stocking, and cleaning throughout the store, including bathrooms.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment with friendly interactions.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
