Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a set territory of Meta retail displays on a part-time schedule, handling routine maintenance, installations, and refreshes, plus merchandising tasks. You will work independently using basic hand tools, following manufacturer standards to keep displays on-brand and functional.

Mileage and drive time are paid per policy. Position offers 19-26 hours per week with a Mon-Fri schedule and 6 pm latest finish; some weekends may be

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues including lighting components and fixtures.
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Complete assigned work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage and complete ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs, where required.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements across locations.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and help implement lasting solutions.
• Document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/fact tag execution.
• Manage trunk stock inventory and replacements for efficient service delivery and first-time fix.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-store personnel.
• Participate in team calls and client interactions; support program success with field ride-alongs.
• Complete administrative tasks with scheduling and same-day reporting.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies, training, certifications, and professional standards.
