Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a defined territory of retail displays on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include installations, maintenance, and merchandising tasks with compensation including mileage and drive time as per policy.

The role offers 3–15 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule, and occasional weekend work may be required with advance notice. Weekly pay and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Consistently complete assigned work according to established schedules and minimize unnecessary rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of assigned displays.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage and complete ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs, where required.
• Ensure full compliance with planograms (POG), brand standards, and display requirements across all locations.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and help implement lasting solutions.
• Accurately document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
