Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a territory of Meta retail displays on a part-time schedule. You will perform maintenance, minor repairs, installations, and display refreshes, plus core merchandising tasks like inventory replenishment and POG compliance, working independently with basic hand tools.

This role offers 19–26 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule, paid drive time and mileage, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing display issues, including lighting, fixtures and non‑functioning buttons.
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work per schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to maintain display functionality.
• Installations, builds, and refreshes including fixtures, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Complete ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards.
• Identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
• Document service activity and outcomes on time.
• Merchandise tasks: inventory replenishment and price tag execution.
• Manage trunk stock and replacement parts for first-time fix.
• Build relationships with in-store staff.
• Participate in team calls and client interactions as required.
• Complete administrative tasks including scheduling and same-day reporting.
• Adapt to evolving needs and take on additional responsibilities.
• Maintain safety and required trainings.
