Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a defined set of retail displays on a part-time schedule across multiple stores. You will perform maintenance, installations, refreshes, and planogram compliance using basic hand tools, following manufacturer standards to keep displays functional and on-brand.

The role offers 19-26 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, drive time, mileage, and opportunities for travel within market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing/display issues including lighting components and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform installations, display builds, and refreshes with fixtures and cabling.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within SLA windows.
• Ensure planograms and brand standards across locations.
• Document service activity, outcomes and insights on time.
• Handle merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment and pricing tags.
• Travel up to 30–60 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Build strong relationships with in-store personnel.
