Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser for Rogers, AR 72758 and the surrounding area. You will complete store projects, ensure proper placement and maintenance of promotional displays, and report results with photos after each visit.

This role offers up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with the potential for more hours if covering larger regions. W2 employment, weekly pay, and a 401(k) option are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility: handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, handheld tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update.
• Travel ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle to perform responsibilities.
• Physical ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits across Rogers, AR within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
