Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Fort Smith, AR and surrounding areas. You will visit major stores to set up and maintain electronics displays, ensuring proper placement and functionality of products such as TVs, tablets, and home devices.

The role offers up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with no evenings or weekends. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunity for higher-rate projects.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail; follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Independent work while collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready: internet access, handheld tools, Wi-Fi/GPS device; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Travel ability: must have a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within an assigned territory to set up and maintain products and displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each store visit.
