Job summary

ActionLink in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to manage in-store displays across the local area. You will visit major retailers, set up and maintain products from electronics to appliances, and ensure correct placement and troubleshooting of promotional displays.

The role offers up to 20 hours per week, weekday daytime shifts, paid training, W-2 employment with bi-weekly pay, and perks including 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent brands by setting up and maintaining products.
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: Up to 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm; no weekends/evenings.
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
