Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to service Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas. You will visit stores, install and maintain promotional displays, and report findings with photos. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation includes $18.00 per hour with bi-weekly pay via W2. Potential for more hours and travel within the region; PTO accrues weekly with ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must be able to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores in the Clarksville area to set up and maintain displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promo displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos and feedback for each visit.
• Report on progress and potential opportunities within the territory.
