ScanScape is seeking a part-time Retail Scan Associate to visit local stores in Newberg, OR, and scan product barcodes using a mobile app. The role offers flexible hours with typical weekly workload between 2 and 4.5 hours across stores, plus occasional extra hours for special projects.

You'll work with major retailers and per-store scheduling, with a focus on timely data collection and accurate scanning. A valid drivers license and reliable Wi-Fi are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
• Reliable vehicle with state auto insurance.
• Able to stand for long periods and access store products.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet high.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands and arms.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter with reliable Wi-Fi and tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in stores using a mobile app on a weekly basis.
• Perform in-store data collection at assigned retailers year-round.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store weekly; some weeks require longer work.
• Assist with Custom Projects adding 30 minutes to 2 hours in peak weeks.
• Meet weekly deadlines and deliver quality data to clients.
