Job summary

ScanScape is hiring a part-time Retail Scan Associate in Welches, OR to visit stores weekly, scan barcodes and collect data using a mobile app. This role offers flexibility in hours, travel paid at hourly rate, and opportunities for 401(k) with employer matching and a referral program.

Expected hours are about 3–5 per week across stores, with on-site work and a permanent open status for approximately 30 days. Minimum age 18 and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi and tech-savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned local retailers weekly to scan barcodes in displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to collect in-store data and complete display scanning weekly.
• Meet weekly deadlines and provide product quantities for ~45% of scanned items.
• Work independently with a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
