Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to handle front-end duties and cash register tasks, ensuring a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and physical requirements such as stocking, lifting, and moving objects. This position is part-time and on-site at our Coshocton, Ohio location.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely according to productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, trash removal, and neat presentation.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
