Job summary

Family Dollar in Frederick, Oklahoma is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales at the register, maintain cash security, and keep the store stocked and presentable.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), prior customer service in retail or similar environments, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform hours of standing, bending, and walking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
