Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Oklahoma City to deliver a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining store security and cleanliness.

You will help with stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining professional, friendly interactions with customers and team members. Part-time role with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent lifting and movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
